AIRPORT OFFICE BUILDING CENTRE
Airport Office Center is a six-floor office building with a total area of over 4,000 sqm. The building offers modern office spaces and variability in leasable area - from 40 sqm to 570 sqm. The leasable areas are air conditioned, a 24-hour reception as advantage and nearness to the Václav Havel international airport.
The building is designed as energy saving with excellent transport links.
Portfolio tenants is formed mainly by foreign companies, which are closely linked to the activities at the airport.

Machine works focusing on the production of technologically demanding devices.
The company specializes in comprehensive and highly specialized areas of machinery production, such as components for rescue naval systems, parts of machines and devices for extraction and processing of oil, gas, coal or stone, and the production of specialized elevatory and manipulation machinery, including cranes.
SALTEN takes up the tradition of a production works established in Slaný already in 1872, and ČKD Slaný operating in the First Republic era that manufactured, inter alia, the first locomotive in the Czech state in 1912.

BRNO SLATINA ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING
A multifunctional building designed for a single tenant that already has two floors and a usable area 1,041 m2. The complex already contains class A offices for 50 employees (with an area of 764 m2) and a 170 m2 showroom. There are 22 parking spaces on the property.
The building has been realized as a category A energy saving structure that uses geothermal energy and features innovative construction technologies. The building serves as headquarters for the international company Seco Tools CZ.

REZIDENCE KOPANINA COMPLEX IN PRAGUE 6
The Kopanina residential complex will have a basement and three floors above ground. The total area will be 863 m2. The complex will consist of a maximum of 22 apartments, with 26 underground and 8 outdoor parking spaces.
The project is located in a prime location near the Vaclav Havel International Airport and in the historic centre of Predni Kopaniny. The new building will be equipped with the latest technology for a high level of comfort. Some areas of the buildings are replicas of the original farmhouse.
